• Helped develop model cell siting regulation and ordinance, opening the way for company to build critical wireless infrastructure.
• Negotiated and supported a contract to provide network and telecommunications services to one of the country’s largest companies, with annual revenues in excess of $100 million.
• Represented company before the Federal Communications Commission and state commissions in administrative proceedings to oppose arbitrage schemes and other fraudulent activities, resulting in cost savings of tens of millions of dollars and the termination of arbitrage activities.
