Mary Deal is a hands-on legal advisor who brings over two decades of experience to support our clients. She is skilled in managing domestic and international acquisitions and joint venture formations, as well as transactional, contractual, marketing, advertising, regulatory and employment law matters. In addition, Mary serves as primary outside counsel for a major telecommunications service provider’s wireline communications business.

A dedicated professional, Mary brings the knowledge and skills she gained during her time as a senior attorney for AT&T and her experience as general counsel for IntelliSpace, Inc., to her work for our firm. In all areas of her practice, she combines an aptitude to identify issues with her drive for developing innovative and flexible solutions to deliver results for fast-paced businesses with changing priorities.

• Resolved and settled multiple trespass claims in various states, avoiding hundreds of thousands of dollars in costs and litigation expenses.
• Negotiated nationwide template agreements to enable service facilities installation in and access to private commercial properties.
